A 6-week kick-start membership where we get you started strong and set you up on your fitness journey. This membership customizes everything around you. No gimmicks, no fluff, and includes:

When you decide to make your health, fitness and training goals a reality and start this membership, here's what you can expect:


  • We will sit with you for a detailed onboarding conversation that aims to understand your goals, wishes, preferences, training history and the expectations from us and our team. 


  • A preliminary lifestyle assessment regarding your nutritional, dietary, exercise and sleep habits will help both us and you to assess what is working for you and what you need help adjusting to improve your overall fitness and health routine.


  • We will also do an InBody body composition analysis to have a baseline of your body fat and muscle composition and other key data points that helps us determine the best exercise format and options for you moving forward.


  • This conversation is all about you and how we will organize around your needs as a team here at Escape Fitness NOW!


HOW WILL THE 6 WEEKS GO?


  • You will NEVER be without access to a coach to help you with anything you may need or answer any questions you may have.


  • Your training will consist of a combination of group classes, small group training, and solo workouts designed by your coach(es) - your training combination is based solely on your preferences and goals. We will present you with the best options that fit into your schedule to get you to move toward your goals - whatever they may be.


  • Weekly check-ins: We will work with you on the upcoming week's program, check your progress, hear your thoughts and ideas, and continue to be your partner in personal growth and improvement. Check-in's will be weekly, but you will always have access to us daily. 


  • What else can you expect? Fun, progress, enjoyment and engagement. Guaranteed!
