A balanced and functional workout in 45 minutes, using innovative Escape Fitness equipment, moving from one station to another under the guidance of an experienced coach.
Options: Upper Body, Lower Body, Total Body and circuit (Move-It).

There are seven functional movements: Squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, gait, and twist. This class will teach the body to be resilient in each of these movements in different ways through the use of bodyweight, TRX suspension trainers, kettlebells, dumbbells, and Vipr Pro tubes.
