WHAT These classes feature a unique combination of warm-ups, speed training, strength training, endurance training and flexibility work. The most important component of the system is its community/tribe approach.
Each session is 60 minutes long.
Boot Camp classes:
HOW You can expect to push sleds, slam medicine balls, run sprints, hammer tires, do pull-ups, row, ski and more. Countless exercises to keep each session fun and challenging at your own level and pace.
WHAT A balanced and functional workout in 45 minutes, using innovative Escape Fitness equipment, moving from one station to another under the guidance of an experienced coach.
Group X classes:
HOW During HIIT the Deck classes, you will have a great cardio, strength and plyometric (jumps!) workout focused around the Escape Deck 2.0 (pictured above). And MOVE IT classes will have you move through a series of workout zones, with equipment and exercises carefully chosen to develop total body strength, functional strength, and endurance.
WHAT Workouts combining TRX suspension training with various other equipment in a circuit format to give you an effective full-body workout. TRX suspension training leverages gravity and your body weight to perform various exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise.
HOW There are seven functional movements: Squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, gait, and twist. This class will teach the body to be resilient in each of these movements in different ways through the use of bodyweight, TRX suspension trainers, kettlebells, dumbbells, and Vipr Pro tubes.
App-supported Solo Workouts
We created an environment so that you can train and workout on your own when you know what to do, or you can follow the app-supported workouts created by our coaches. With clear instructions for every exercise, you will feel like you are getting personal training, and help is always there if you need any.

1-hour small-group semi-private training session. MAX 4 participants. Clients do not need to create their own group or find others to train with - sign up for a class and we'll set up the rest. This allows for more attention to detail on technique, form, and overall goals. Each workout is a full-body lift, teaching compound lifts such as squats and bench press, and will be followed via TrainHeroic (workout plan app).
