The right coach makes all the difference. At Alliance Performance, our team brings a diverse range of expertise and coaching styles to ensure you’re matched with someone who motivates, challenges, and supports you every step of the way—so you can train with purpose and achieve real results.
Your coach will design a personalized training plan tailored to your starting point and long-term goals. This approach ensures your program is not only effective, but also something you stay motivated and engaged with—built to drive real, measurable results.
Progress doesn’t stop when the session ends. That’s why our coaches go beyond the workout—providing guidance on daily habits, movement, and nutrition to ensure you stay aligned with your goals outside the gym. It’s a complete approach designed to help you perform—and live—at your highest level.
New clients only
Sessions are 50 minutes long.
Our personal trainers include training and educational guidance in your plans. During you individual training session, your trainer will observe your movement, look for proper form and good posture. They will work to help you with those in each of your training sessions. In addition, they will provide nutritional guideliness to help accelerate your results.
During these sessions, you will also learn about the equipment in the gym and how to make the most of all your options, so that you can safely and effectively utilize your gym access benefits outside of your personal training sessions, too. These would be harder without the help of a trainer, and be a barrier in your motivation and progress toward reaching your goals.
Your trainer will work with you to choose the type of exercises you will enjoy and keep you challenged to move you toward your fitness goals.
Whether you prefer free weight or bodyweight exercises, multiple new types of equipment or stick with the classics, dabble into weightlifting or functional movement options... everything is customizable for you, and each of your training sessions will be structured around you.
Sessions start with a quick warm up period, move into exercises and then end with a cool-down period based on the length and intensity of the particular session.
