Each workout is a full-body lift, teaching compound moves such as squats and bench presses.
These are 1-hour long, semi-private pre-scheduled training sessions for a maximum of 4 participants.
You don't need to create your own group or find others to train with. Booking via our mobile app or website will be sufficient.
Our Premium Plus membership level provides access to 5 small group sessions per month, in addition to unlimited group fitness classes and gym use.
Individual small group sessions can also be purchased.
